Bashir and Penman sign first professional contracts
Youngsters commit futures to Albion.

Sahil Bashir and Charlie Penman have signed their first professional contracts.
Bashir, 18, joined Albion from Bradford City in 2022 and has made 32 Premier League South appearances for our Under-18s.
Penman, 18, signed from Blackpool in 2021and has made 42 Premier League South appearances. He also made his Premier League 2 debut in 2022.
Men’s under-21s head coach Shannon Ruth said, “Sahil and Charlie have been in our academy setup for a number of years, so we’re pleased to see them make this step in their careers.
“They are making the step up to our group this year, so we’re excited to see where they’re at and help them develop.”
