Albion women's under-19 sealed their place in the final of Sussex Challenge Cup after a convincing 3-1 win against Worthing on Sunday.
Goals from Clarabella Hall, Rhianna Fowler and an own goal gave Albion their place in the April final.
Afterwards, we caught up with head coach Dani Bowman.
What are your overall reflections?
"The group deserved it with the work rate, the effort and attitude they've had this season. It was pleasing for the girls. We were disappointed after our defeat against Bristol City in the League Cup - that feeling was still quite raw for the girls so we're pleased that we have got to a final."

What was your assessment of the match?
"It probably wasn't the prettiest game, but that's credit to Worthing who has been on a good run of form. They're a decent team with experienced players in their squad.
"It was a different challenge in terms of style of play, what they came up against and the opposition's level of physicality. There are still things that we need to be a little bit better at and we could have been more clinical.
"We don't have a massive squad, so the girls have managed themselves really well under the circumstances. We've had to travel a lot and went into extra time against Worthing on the back of a three-game week.
"That takes its toll so credit to the squad. We've lost only one game since Christmas and I'm really happy for them - they've stuck together."

What was the most pleasing part of the performance?
"That every player got on the pitch and played their part in getting to the final. It's not just the 11 that start, it's the collective.
"We've spoken recently about maturing within a game and understanding how to manage certain moments. I'm happy that the girls are learning their craft and ultimately what we want them to do is play senior football.
"The final is something to look forward to at the end of the season. It doesn't matter what age you are, to get to any final is a massive achievement and it's something you'll never forget."
