Our head of people and culture Rose Read joined the club’s main board on 1 June 2025.

Rose is the third woman to join the current board, alongside non-executive directors Michelle Walder and Anna Jones, and the first woman to make the transition in an executive capacity.

Rose has been in her current role for the past 15 years, having originally joined from Sussex CCC in May 2010, as the club was preparing to move to the American Express Stadium.

She led the recruitment and training as the club migrated to the Amex and was the driving force behind the development and implementation of the club's values, which underpin our on-field progress.

More recently, she has played a key role alongside deputy chairman and chief executive Paul Barber in the development of the club's Vision 2030.
