Remiero Moulton doubts there are many places better than Albion to be an academy player.
The 18-year-old was speaking ahead of our Premier League Cup game against Luton Town on Friday, which will be streamed live on our official YouTube channel.
The forward made the step up to the under-21s at the beginning of the season and has been delighted with how quickly he's settled in.
“As a team we've gelled really well together. We've created a family here and it translates onto the pitch," he said.
“We're a top team, you can see that from how we're doing in all the various competitions. You've got to be all in and make sure that you set a high standard for yourself. If we want to keep winning, we have to keep performing.

“Even for us players that aren’t getting as many minutes you have to be all in in training to help the lads that are starting games. That's the most important thing, it's not just the 11 out on the outfield. It's the other seven, eight, nine on the bench who are waiting as well.
"Shan [Ruth] says that no matter who plays, the quality should never drop. It shouldn't look like, ‘oh, these boys haven't played a lot’. We know when we come into the team, the tempo of the game, the rhythm, the passing patterns, the way we play, the identity should always be the same.
"Every day you’ve got to be listening, watching, observing, because when it's your time to shine and your opportunity you’ve got to take it with two hands."
Remiero says that’s all the motivation he and his teammates need to push themselves with several academy players getting an opportunity to train and play for the first team.

“I personally think this is the club to be at because of the opportunities and rewards you can get if you do well. How could you not be excited?
“You see all those top Premier League players training and think, ‘I want to be a part of that’. But to get there, you have to make sure you're doing everything right, whether it's in this environment or out on loan. So it's an exciting prospect.
“It's always amazing when you go over there to train. The quality is so high and it's only going to make you a better footballer. You know what level you've got to reach, it's brilliant.
“Then when you come back over to the under-21s you can give some information to your teammates. It just makes the team even better.”
