Lee Cooper became Brighton & Hove Albion's finance director in June 2022.

After gaining a degree in Mathematics at the University of Leicester, Lee qualified as an Accountant at a large independent accountancy firm in Birmingham and gained experience across audit, tax and corporate finance.

Joining West Bromwich Albion in 2016 and leading the Finance function for six years as well as being a Trustee of the Clubs charitable arm Lee gained experience in all aspects of the operations of a Football Club.

Having joined us in June 2022, Lee is responsible for all day-to-day Finance operations of the Club and was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2022. He also joined the Board of the Women’s & Girls’ team and became a Trustee of Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation.
