New opening hours for supporter services
New opening times will come into effect from Thursday.

From Thursday 1 August, supporter services will have new opening hours for its phone line and webchat services.
They will now be open:
Monday: 9am-3pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-3pm
Thursday: 9am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
The ticket office will continue to open on matchdays 3-4 hours before kick-off.
With improvements made to our online help pages, we would like supporters to attempt to self-serve before contacting supporter services.
We have Ask Albion in place which will assist supporters with FAQs they may have outside of our opening hours.
Supporter services are not available in person Monday-Friday.
