Bruna Vilamala has said she is 'so lucky' to play alongside former Barcelona captain and now Albion midfielder Vicky Losada.
The 34-year-old has the second most amount of appearances for Barcelona Femení over three spells for the Spanish giants.
Bruna played with Vicky between 2019-21, when they won the Champions League together.
“I met Vicky when I started training with Barcelona - she was the captain. She helped me a lot as captain but, she would’ve been the same even if she didn’t wear the armband.

“She’s one of the key players in Spain that have paved the way in women’s football. It’s a pleasure to play with Vicky Losada. I spoke to her before I arrived in Brighton, and she was so happy.
“I am so lucky to play with her at Barcelona then here in Brighton.”
The 22-year-old was enjoying her breakthrough season with Barca the year they won the Champions League in 2021.
“I arrived at Barcelona when I was 12. I was so lucky because when I came to the first team, I won my first Champions League, and it was the first one for the club.

“It was so good because we won the first time during Covid, but it wasn’t that crazy because we didn't have the fans or our families with us - it was a weird Champions League.
“It was the first one for the club and for a Spanish club so, it was historic. It was unbelievable. If you said to me when I was 15 that I will achieve what I have achieved, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
“I really enjoyed my time in Barca, and I really enjoy my time here in Brighton. I love football and I will enjoy football wherever I play because I love the game.”
