Kiko Seike wins WSL Player of the Month September
Kiko Seike has won the Barclays Women's Super League Player of the Month award for September.
The Japan international made a phenomenal start to her Albion career, as she became the first player in WSL history to net a hat-trick on her debut in the 4-0 win over Everton.
The 28-year-old said, "I truly feel honoured to receive this award. I think it signifies that I've been able to showcase my presence, especially in my first month playing in England."
Also nominated for the award were Grace Clinton (Manchester United), Beth England (Tottenham Hotspur), Johanna Rytting Kaneryd (Chelsea), Frida Maanum (Arsenal), Millie Turner (Manchester United).
Albion sealed six points in two games after wins over Everton and Aston Villa in the WSL.
Kiko's award marks the first time an Albion player has won WSL player of the month.
