Dario Vidosic has won the WSL Manager of the Month for October.
In the league, Albion picked up two wins and a draw – a 4-2 victory over Aston Villa, a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace and a 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
Those results saw Albion head into the October international break in fourth in the WSL, just three points off top spot.
The Australian said, “Compliments to the people inside this building who from day one made me feel so welcome. We integrate well as a club, with the first team, the staff and the academy.
“It's never just the players or the manager. It's a club, it's everyone, it's a team – it is a team sport. You need everyone around you to make it happen.”
In their appraisal of Vidosic, the WSL said, ‘Brighton have made quite the turnaround from their ninth place finish last season as they look to progress into the UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying positions. Dario Vidosic’s team collected seven points from a possible nine, which leaves them in fourth and level on points with third place Manchester United.’
