We will be celebrating Stonewall’s Rainbow Laces campaign this Saturday at our upcoming Women’s Super League game against West Ham, as part of our ongoing support for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the game.
The Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation have been delivering Rainbow Laces sessions in schools, where students entered a competition to design the giant flag that will hung from the Upper East Stand on Saturday. The flag was designed by Lyra from Blatchington Mill School.
Limited edition t-shirts celebrating inclusion in football, designed by Flora from Hove Park School, will be given away in the fanzone before the match, along with rainbow laces and face paints. Get to the Amex early to grab yours!
A rainbow captain’s armband will be worn by Vicky Losada, and there will be a rainbow flag display with Proud Seagulls before kick-off.
Tickets for the match are available here.
