Dario Vidosic was left ‘frustrated’ after Albion were held to a 1-1 draw by Crystal Palace in Sunday’s WSL game at the Broadfield Stadium.
Albion led until the 85th minute when Palace equalised despite playing for most of the second half with ten players after Maisie Symonds was sent off for a foul on Aimee Everett in the 48th minute.
Vidosic said, “I’m a little frustrated. I would like an explanation for some of the decisions because if Maisie’s is a red then I thought there was a couple that were identical tackles, like one on Maria Thorisdottir [which was] very late. So it’s a bit frustrating.
“I thought that's killed the game a little bit. We still had a couple of good opportunities at the end, but I think the accumulation of the fatigue that we're under as well with it being our fifth game in 16 days made it quite tough to control the game towards the end
“They threw a lot more numbers forward and there was probably just the one moment where unfortunately we got caught. Even with ten we limited them to not too many chances.
“We’ll probably feel it’s two points drop, but, you know, that's football. We'll pick ourselves up, recover and we'll get ready to go next weekend. We have a week now when we can train and integrate [new signings] Caitlin Hayes and Nadine Noordam, who was only cleared to play just when we got to the stadium, so that will be good.”
