Use ticket resale if you can't attend a game

The ticket exchange has been busier than ever this season, with Saturday’s game against Manchester City registering a record number of successful resales.

The ticket exchange allows season ticket holders, 1901 Club members and match ticket buyers to list their tickets for resale if they are unable to attend the match. If the ticket resells, the supporter can expect cash back into their bank account within seven days of the match.

Last season saw over £1m refunded to supporters through the ticket resale. This season we expect to give even more back to fans.

For the best chance of a successful sale, supporters are strongly recommended to list their ticket early. For the Manchester City game 97% of tickets listed five days or more before resold.

Tickets for our next home match against Southampton are now sold out and Crystal Palace and Brentford in December look likely to follow. If you can’t attend games over the festive period please list your tickets now for the best chance of a sale.
