Our men’s under-18s were beaten 4-1 by Manchester City in the Premier League Under-18s Cup on Saturday.
Shane Nti put Albion in front after just eight minutes, but a Divine Musaka brace had City 2-1 at the break.
Matty Warhurst added another one for the home side in the 52nd minute, before Luca Fletcher scored his team’s fourth with two minutes to go.
Under-18s head coach Inigo Calderon said: “It was not a bad game at all, I don't think it was a 4-1 game, andit's tough getting something from there though.
“I think we know that we have to be a bit better if we want to go to these types of places and get something.
“We know what we've not done so well and we know what we have to improve. We have to learn from it, recover and come back quicker and stronger.”
