Attacking midfielder Amario Cozier-Duberry has joined Blackburn Rovers on a season-long loan.
Men’s first-team head coach Fabian Hurzeler said, “Amario impressed in pre-season while with the senior squad, and he has a lot of potential.
“This is a great opportunity for him to play at Blackburn and we all wish him well.
“Alongside Gordon Greer, our pathway development manager, we are now looking forward to watching his progress during the season.”
Cozier-Duberry, 19, joined Albion in July on a four-year contract after leaving Arsenal.
He scored 13 goals and contributed five assists in 24 appearances for Arsenal’s under-21s during the 2023/24 season and was an unused substitute in two first-team matches against Brentford in the Carabao Cup and Sevilla in the Champions League.
London-born Amario has also represented England at all age groups from under-16s to under-19s.
Amario is the fourth player in the past four seasons to join Blackburn on loan from Albion; Jan Paul Van Hecke, Andrew Moran and Yasin Ayari all spent time on loan at Ewood Park.
