If you list a season ticket and it sells, you get that portion of your season ticket paid back minus a £1 administration fee. If you list a match ticket and it sells, you get the original match ticket price paid back minus a 10% administration fee.
The amounts are paid back to the bank account you specify when listing, so make sure your bank details are correct before listing (or create new ones if you're unsure). Any refund due will be processed within five working days after the game has taken place.
