Albion sealed a comfortable 4-0 win against Portsmouth in a behind-closed-doors friendly.
Two of our summer recruits secured their first goals for the club with Fran Kirby netting the opener in the first half.

Aisha Masaka got Albion off to flying start when she came off the bench at the start of the second half to make it 2-0 before goals by Li Mengwen and academy youngster Grace McEwen rounded off a comfortable win against the Championship side.
Head coach Dario Vidosic said, "I was very pleased. We've only been together a short time implementing new ideas and the players were able to bring a lot of that against Portsmouth.

“The players’ reaction was excellent. What was really pleasing was even when we made a lot of changes and a lot of the Academy girls got a chance they just carried on and were able to apply what we've been practising.”
