Ahead of our opening Premier League fixture against Manchester United at the American Express Stadium this Saturday, the club would like to remind all supporters of the standard of behaviour expected when supporting the club.
This is not limited to, but includes men’s, women’s and age group matches at home and away, club events and open days, and general conduct across social media and in any communications and interactions with the club’s staff - in person, on the phone and in emails and letters.
We want all fans supporting our teams to enjoy the experience, and we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environments for everyone. This is reflected in the club’s updated sanctions policy.
