Albion shortlisted in two categories for Football Business Awards 2025

Brighton & Hove Albion have been shortlisted for two awards for the Football Business Awards 2025.
The club have been nominated for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award, and the Sustainability Award.
We will be aiming to follow up on last year’s success, when we won the Sustainability Award, as well as picking up bronze in the Innovation category for The Tunnel Club.
Below is more information on each award that Albion have been nominated for.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award
This award has been created to recognise organisations which are placing diversity at the heart of their objectives and engagement. Entries will be considered from organisations of any size and type. Judges will be looking for efforts and initiatives to increase diversity and/or enhance initiatives already in place.
Sustainability Award
This award recognises organisations in the football industry which are placing sustainability at the heart of their objectives and engagement. Entries will be considered from businesses, clubs, leagues, associations and any other relevant organisations. Judges will be looking for efforts and initiatives to reduce environmental footprints and communication and engagement.
