Ticket information: Google Wallet issue
Please read the following if you're experiencing issues with your Google Wallet.

The Amex Stadium.
Some supporters with Android devices have reported that their digital season pass has disappeared from their Google Wallet.
Here are some instructions to ensure you avoid issues accessing the stadium for our upcoming matches.
If you use an Android phone to access the stadium, please carefully follow these steps before leaving for the stadium. If you use an Apple iPhone you do not need to take any action.
- On the Android phone you normally use, open the Google Wallet App
- Near the bottom of the page you should see the passes stored in your wallet
- Check if your Season Ticket is showing
- If you can see your season ticket, then you do not need to take any further action
If you do not see your season ticket:
- Using Google Chrome, go to tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com/CrmDetails.aspx#eSRO_Crm_ActiveSubs (you may be prompted to login)
- Tick your season ticket in the list and then at the top click "Add to mobile wallet"
- Follow the instructions on screen to save the pass to your wallet.
