Three awards for Albion's Tunnel Club

The club's immersive matchday hospitality experience, which opened for business at the start of last season, has picked up a hat-trick of accolades.

The Tunnel Club has enjoyed a memorable first season.

Following last month’s Football Business Awards, which saw The Tunnel Club at the American Express Stadium earn the bronze innovation award, The Tunnel Club has now scooped another two prizes from the Padded Seat.

The Padded Seat named The Tunnel Club as its best UK hospitality experience and awarded it the best padded seat accolade as well.

1901 Club executive Ben Stephenson said, “It’s been an amazing opening year and the Best VIP Experience award is an amazing accolade to receive after all our hard work.

“We are sold out for the next three seasons, and we hope this is just the start. We are constantly looking at ways to add value to the experience for our members and are excited to go from strength to strength.”

The Tunnel Club offers members an exclusive window into a Premier League matchday, with only one-way glass separating them from players, managers, officials and pre- and post-match activity in the tunnel. As well as access to the tunnel like never seen before at the American Express Stadium, we have also partnered with Steven Edwards, winner of BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, to design the five-course dining experience members enjoy every matchday. Members also have a private stairwell to access their premium, personalised and heated seats which are located on the halfway line. They often hear from special guests before kick-off and receive an in-seat food and drinks service during the match.
