In this special episode of the Official BHAFC Podcast, co-hosts Paul Hayward and Glenn Murray sit down with Russ Cook, affectionately known as "The Hardest Geezer," renowned for his remarkable feat of running the length of Africa for charity.

Russ, from Worthing, started Project Africa in the continent's most southern point, Cape Agulhas in South Africa, on April 22 last year and crossed the finish line in Ras Angela, Tunisia, the most northern point 352 days later.
