Albion will play MK Dons away in their round of 32 tie in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
The tie will be played week beginning 4 December.
Albion reached this stage of the competition after defeating Walsall in their opening Group A match, before drawing with Shrewsbury Town and Forest Green Rovers. The extra point from winning the subsequent penalty shoot-out sealed Albion's progress.
